Victoria is a skilled Registered Physiotherapist with extensive clinical experience across the UK and Northern Ireland. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physiotherapy with First Class Honours from Glasgow Caledonian University and a Postgraduate Diploma with Distinction in Physician Associate Studies from Ulster University. This unique combination of advanced physical therapy and medical training allows her to approach patient care with an exceptionally deep understanding of overall health, diagnosis, and full-body mechanics.
Victoria is dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal movement, recovery, and confidence through compassionate, holistic, and evidence-based care. Trained by the world-renowned Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI), she specializes in blending precise musculoskeletal rehabilitation with functional movement.
In her practice, she provides individualized assessment and treatment for acute injuries, chronic conditions, and post-surgical recovery, seamlessly incorporating 1:1 and small group Clinical Pilates to build core strength and resilience. Victoria also has a strong focus on women’s health, offering specialized prenatal and postnatal Pilates to safely support women through every stage of motherhood.
With experience spanning both busy public health systems and private studio settings, Victoria excels at working collaboratively with clients to design personalized rehabilitation paths that fit their unique goals. Her approach is empowering and tailored, ensuring each individual feels confident returning to the activities they love.
